As our guests, you can be assured that the hygiene standards prescribed by the German health authorities and DEHOGA are fully implemented in our hotel. Our hotel remains open.

The most important infection protection measures that we implement in our hotel:
 

• Our guests and employees are provided with disinfectant dispensers for hand hygiene in the public areas of the hotels, but also in the areas that are only accessible to employees.
• All employees avoid close contact with other people.
• A minimum distance from other guests should always be maintained.
• Mouth and nose protection must be worn in this accommodation
• All rooms are regularly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with verified hygiene regulations. Especially objects that are touched frequently such as door handles, remote controls, faucets.
• Bed linen and towels are washed at a minimum of 60 C.
• We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all public areas and common areas, with the reception counter, door handles, public toilets and room keys being a special focus.
• Furthermore, we keep our employees informed about the current situation and train them constantly with regard to hygiene measures.
• Mouth and nose protection and gloves are provided
• Guests who feel unwell or have symptoms of illness are asked to stay in the room and call a doctor through reception.
